ANT1 is the Cup Winner – SDNA is the Champion
With two grand finals and strong emotions, the SPAE MME Vangelis Alysandratos Press League was held,in the hospitable Municipal Stadium of Agios Dimitrios.
Before the start of the games, it was observed a minute of silence in memory of journalist and member of the Board of Directors of ESIEA, Christos Kyritsis.
🏆 Cup Final: ANT1 – Cup Winner 2025
THE ANT1 conquered the Cup, prevailing with 2-3 against the strong team of the Parliament Employees' Association,in a game that was a true advertisement for the institution.
The Parliament took the lead with an impressive long-range shot by Symeonidis, but just before halftime, Hadjipapas "served" a ready goal to Bairamis for the equalizer.
In the replay, ANT1 took the lead with a curved volley shot by Sozos and a curling shot by Kolovos for the 1-3. The Parliament Parliament stroke back with a nailed head by Dante for the 2-3, after a corner kick from Symeonidis, but the score did not change further.
The Cup was awarded by the Vice President of the Hellenic Parliament, Mr. Athanasios Bouras, while medals were handed out by PASOK MP, Mr. Pavlos Christidis, congratulating the teams for their presence and sportsmanship.
⚽ Championship Final: SDNA – Champion 2025
In the grand final of the League, SDNA won the title of Champion against the youth team of the General Secretariat of Sports (GSA), prevailing with 3-1 on penalties, after a 1-1 in normal time.
SDNA took the lead with a goal from Kalogiannakos, after an extraordinary effort by Hpuliaras and the goalkeeper's save. GGA equalized with a penalty kick by Fanelas, which he won himself after being overthrown by Latsouna ,representative of SDNA .
In the penalty shootout, SDNA's experience and composure proved decisive, with a 3-1 final score. 3-1.
The trophy was awarded by Mr. Nikos Katsaros, President of SPAE MME Association ,, with the contribution of Michalis Flampouraris, representative and active participant in the League,, both in awards as well as in microphone support of the finals.
Warm congratulations are due the Secretary General and head of the General Secretariat of Sports team, Mr. George Stamatakos, for taking care of the supply of all the cups and medals.
Likewise, to Mr Mr. George Vagges ,leader and head of the Parliament team,, the President of the Parliament Employees Association, Mr. Spyros Dimoshakis, and the Vice President, Ms. Faye Giannakou, for their essential contribution to ensuring all conditions for the smooth conduct of the finals.
📍 The event was also honoured by the presence of Mr. Stefanos Tsigkas representative of the ALPHA team,, actively supporting the participation and effort of his colleagues in the League.

Lefteris started as a kid in 1987 in Sports Echo, continued to Eurosport with coach Vangelis Alyssandratos, and then played for AVGI and NEA-VIMA, reaching the Cup final in 2016, under the guidance of manager Elias Argyropoulos with coach Miltiadis Panagiotopoulos.
C-level Commercial Director with experience in strategic development and clinic operations. Graduate of the MBA in Luxury Brand Management from Ecole Supérieure de Gestion and holds a degree in Finance from the State University of New York. He has worked as a sports journalist and is actively involved in the organization of sports and charity events. He combines administrative experience, commercial acumen and sports education.
